The service
Zoppy is a pose reference app. Given a photo you upload, we generate four pose ideas for you to try. We do not guarantee the generated references are perfect; they are suggestions, not polished outputs.
Your account
You sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for the security of that third party account. If you lose access there, you may lose access to Zoppy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload photos of other people without their consent.
- Upload photos of minors unless you are the parent or guardian.
- Use Zoppy to deceive anyone (catfishing, fake dating profiles, impersonation, etc.).
- Attempt to bypass our safety filters, scrape the service, or reverse-engineer the app.
- Generate sexually explicit content, violent content, or content of public figures without context.
Breaking these rules ends your access.
Content you upload
You keep all rights to the photos you upload. You grant Zoppy a limited license to store them, send them to our image model, and show you the generated references. We do not publish your photos. We do not sell them. We do not train models on them.
Generated content
The pose references Zoppy produces are for your personal reference. They are not intended to be published or represented as a real photo you took. You agree not to use Zoppy outputs to mislead anyone about a photo's origin.
Subscription
Zoppy Plus is an auto-renewable subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price unless auto-renew is turned off at least twenty-four hours before the end of the current period. You can manage subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.
Refunds are handled by Apple per App Store policy.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the last twelve months.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will update the "Last updated" date above, and for material changes we will email you before they take effect.
