Photo policy.

Last updated: 2026-04-24. This is how Zoppy treats photos you upload, what we will and will not do with them, and what we expect from you.

What we do with your photos

  • We store your reference photo in our backend, scoped to your account, so the pose generator can read it.
  • We send the photo URL and a text prompt to our image model provider (fal.ai). The model produces generated pose references that we store and show back to you.
  • We keep the photo while your account exists. Account deletion removes it.

What we do not do

  • We do not share your photos with advertisers.
  • We do not publish your photos anywhere.
  • We do not train models on your photos.
  • We do not let anyone outside the vendors listed in the privacy policy see them.

Rules for what you upload

  • Only upload photos of yourself, or of people who have given you permission.
  • No minors unless you are the parent or guardian.
  • No sexually explicit content.
  • No photos of public figures presented without context, and no impersonation.
  • No photos meant to deceive a third party about where you were or what you were doing.

Takedown

If you see a Zoppy output being misused, email hi@zoppy.app and we will investigate. If you are the subject of a photo uploaded without consent, email us and we will remove it within three business days.

One more thing

Zoppy generates pose references, not final photos. The references are meant to help you recreate a pose yourself. Passing them off as unedited photos is against our terms and generally a bad look. Don't.
